The deadlines in the swap are based on UTC time. The seeds are supposed to arrive by midnight Dec 11th which is actually 6:00pm CT Dec 10th (3 hours ago.)

Anyway, it's not a big deal for this beta swap but this issue WILL be a big deal if it occurs in future swaps, and the deadline is missed by more than just 1 day.
