I agree that a "Send by" date would be better. Most swaps I've been involved in give a much broader time frame, both for sending seed and for receiving seed back. The mail delivery issues may very well have played a big part in that.

I believe the tracking is now provided at no extra charge for all first class packages; the tracking number will be provided either with a sticker or on your printed receipt.
