Most MTB's are supposed to be more difficult in my climate (9b). Doesn't stop me from having them Big Grin

Anne, I don't know how tall that spike is, Or waht type it is, but if you've got some cold nights, you might try covering it w/ a 5 gallon bucket, or something that won't break the spike.. I think we're all curious to see what type of Iris you might have there.
