when I saw you signed up and that you didn't have any seeds showing, I meant to let you know that, as Elena and Jim have said, you have to mark the varieties as 'really ready' by making them green. If its grey, that's only 'slightly ready' according to the system. As mentioned, it was an issue in the beta swap, too, so don't feel the least bit embarrassed, there is definitely a learning curve to entering items to the swap.
