I am not (!) an Erythrina expert...I just grow a few in pots in Indiana. However, Erythrina crista-galli blooms after the new shoots grow in the spring and it's fully leafed out, so I don't think the one in the Marshall Islands is that one. Also, crista-galli opens blooms from nearer the base out to the tip of the shoot, unlike the one in the photo which displays blooms in clusters.
There are 130 species of Erythrina, so it's always a guess, but I think the most likely one is Erythrina variegata...
