Second to last looks like some type of huge billbergia.

I love your out of season flowers, there is an upside to this weird weather this year. After December's 70's & 80's we are back down to the 50's & 60's and it is COLD. The heat is going full blast. Most of the tender plants are in the house and the ones that are too big are in the lee corner of the deck on a seedling heat mat, it keeps things just warm enough.
Minds are like parachutes; they work better when they are open.
