Ibis, is that the same day as their Wetlands Festival? It's February 20th. Here's the website:

They said they would be doing tours on the Festival Day but it would only be one hour and on city buses so you'd have to look through the glass. But you don't have to walk very far to see birds. Or butterflies! And they allow bicycles, too!
