Lily, that upsets me that people think that floral displays are to be plundered! We gardeners put them there for all to enjoy; I can't comprehend someone just helping themselves to the flowers and ruining the future blooms.
I came home from work one day and someone had dug up all of my irises at the end of my driveway. They did not leave me one. I had bought them from Schrieners, so we all know that they were expensive. I have never gotten over that incident.
