I've never had any problem getting canna to germinate. I sand the seed coat in one spot until I can see the inner seed and then just plant and water them. I do usually put them in pots in the greenhouse initially. It's warmer in there and canna like the heat. Is H202 Hydrogen Peroxide? I thought that was for damping off?
