You are right- they (especially the older ones) have just as much invested as we do (more or less
) We've all helped build from the ground up, for sure!
With everyone pitching in, we certainly get a lot more done than we could individually, and we do our best to make sure everyone has a voice in the day-to-day operations. Of course, sometimes that means they learn lessons about "give and take"
