I don't do LED/Grow tent either, Karen. However, I do move my budding adeniums from direct sunlight outdoors into my covered patio to protect the buds from rain, wind, and excess sun. They get some morning sun direct and/or filtered. The buds develop wonderfully and continue to bloom...there is enough stored energy in the caudex to support it. Please do not allow the soil to dry out completely as this will affect the blooms.
