I got it from Hollingsworth, Alex, but I didn't take pictures that fall. I've never gotten an undersized root from them, though. I assume it was the typical 3-5 eyes and I know it wasn't damaged. I actually thought I'd move it next fall if there were no flowers this spring before I saw the posting about it being a slow grower on Planet Peony on Facebook. If it increases at all this spring I'm leaving it where it is.
I've had others that took that long to bloom, some because of my ignorance (thanks, Karen, for suggesting that I move Cytherea!) and others that just haven't been good performers here in CO.
