@Terrafirma: Thank you for the suggestion of the banner flower being Clerodendrum. Via Google, I did some comparisons, and noted that the flowers aren't composed of flowerettes and the leaf texture is smooth vs. rough/leathery. I also did a zoom-in of the flower for comparison. It is not as sharp, but the bud structure is somewhat visible, having very pointy, sharp petals on each bud. I might be wrong. Hope to get some more suggestions/confirmations.
