Hi Candee - took me awhile to get back to this thread to answer you Hilarious!

I was referring to some of your gladiolus leaves - the ones that have some white streaks on them. They reminded my of my glads that got attacked by thrips, and they leave those marrkings, along with causing the glad flowers to be all deformed. My acidanthera also was attacked, and I had to pull all those out years ago. Have them on the schizyoluthus (sp??) too, and probably will have to get rid of those. I hate thrips more than I hate snails. Grumbling
