One of those above was a chime...spoons?

I have 2 Music of the Spheres and those are TOUGH.

And this second photo shows a chime -- about 8-9 feet high...little knockers hit into the disks and resonate beautifully. I stake it down.n

You have to find a chime that has a tough sun-resistant cord. Those transparent fish line types stiffen with exposure to the ultravoilet light of the sun. Or if you make your own, use thin rope made for outdoors and maybe run through wax every now and again.
