, no, I doubt it. I doubt the city would go for an 8' chain link fence around my property. A 6' would not do as they can jump that easily. I guess right now my option is to use the Milorganite when I move the Hibiscus and other plants they love up front and see what happens. If they eat them down to numbs I can always move them back into the greenhouse to recover.
