I got through all of my exercises today with no breaks ... Hurray! and no muscle spasms ... Hurray! Hurray!

I had very little pain while exercising, but I still moved slowly and carefully.

Things should be even better tomorrow ... Smiling
I'd rather weed than dust ... the weeds stay gone longer.
