Back in 2006/2007 when I was making the adjustment after a disabling accident I thought I could not garden.
Talk about limited mobility!
I soon figured out that I would find a way to garden no matter what it took. Limited to sitting in a chair or on a milk carton and working only with a small hand trowel I was able to create a tiny garden just outside the door. The exercise, sun and joy of watching plants grow helped me to get healthier.
