Am sorry about your dutch Iris, my enemy lately have been the snails....they ate everything..any new growth came up they ate it...I can't stand it...try different thing...At present I put lettuce, brocolli pieces, fruits etc in my flower beds and they ate those and hopefully stay away a bit from my stuff...I tried beer, but when it rains the beer can got filled with water...I guess I have to give in and buy the snaill remedy stuff...
