It has been good for me as usual in a pot in my area. Did anyone hear about this......
"Heuchera ‘Midnight Rose’ has deep purple, nearly black, leaves with flecks of hot pink. The pink mottling was not as extensive as advertised. However, an improved form has recently been released which displays more of the characteristic pink flecks. We have yet to obtain the improved form for comparison. ‘Midnight Rose’ formed nicely shaped, dense clumps; however, they didn’t seem to grow very much. As a sport of Heuchera ‘Obsidian’, ‘Midnight Rose’ not surprisingly performed very well in full sun conditions."
