Hahahaha, Donna....very true. We have a very hard time finding anything around here......and one has to watch out for what they're calling Honey now also...corn syrup in everything.
Yes, the ideas of the Fall rituals in the Midwest......syrup tapping in the Northeast...these images still appeal greatly to me and make the passing of our seasons a joy to experience.
