I just noticed yesterday that when I refresh the site, it will tell me I have a new notification. I click on it, see that someone gave me a thumbs up, and then I click on the NGA emblem in the banner to go back to the home page. Then, it will tell me I have a new notification. I click on it, but it's the same notification I just looked at. This has now happened a few times over yesterday and today. Is anyone else seeing this happen?
