I decided this year I would make it a bit more attractive so I put concrete blocks along the deck side and a walkway at the bottom of the steps and then put all my big tropical climbers on the blocks ( to make it easier to mow and trim the grass). I can't wait until they all start to bloom. Jasmine, bougainvillea, mandevilla are all in place.
