Boysenberries are my favorite fruit, but I seldom get enough in one day to make a pie. They will usually rot within 24 hours of being picked. So, I clean them each day, put them on parchment paper, and dry them in my oven for an hour each day. I have a drying cycle which is 140°. Old and new together. These are six days old, and they show no signs of fungus.
