Here is the condensed version. When making the concentrated mix to store, mix 1 part sugar with one part water. When making a batch to put in your feeder use 1 part of the concentrate with one part water. This should give you a final mix of 1 part sugar to 3 parts water which is supposed to the desired ratio. Sorry to have confused everyone but the ratio quoted in the original post would no have given the desired amount of sugar.
