I made pulled pork last week when my sisters were in town for a visit. They had been traveling all day and weren't in the mood for going out. I threw a 4 pound pork roast into the crock pot and poured in half a bottle of Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Brew and let it simmer all day. While that was working, we had baked beans in the oven (yes,
those beans). When they rolled in the door, they were treated to the smell of pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad and coleslaw. Yeh, no one left the table hungry.
