Plant look ok, needs to be more fuller but what I can see, it's not too bad. It is variegated and is weaker than other Jades. Keep more in bright shade and watch the watering. If the leaves are falling, cut off the watering. The stems can hold water for a year if it had to. When you see new growth, slowly increase the watering and a very small amount of fertilizer.
