I am now using a mix of 1:1:1 pumice/#2 cherrystone/zeolite to start my seeds. They are watered with a dilute fertilizer, 1/8 tsp. 9-3-6, and 1/8 tsp. Pro-Tekt per gallon of tap water. The seedlings pictured here are in a soil-less mix, one is 100% pumice (bottom) and one is 50% pumice 50% #2 cherrystone (top).
