I agree, Rita. I used to used Zatarain's a lot, but since my heart attack, I have to limit salt, so I've avoided them. But I agree, they're tasty!

We had a wonderful dinner. Technically, still in progress. We had caprese salad (tomatoes from the garden), grilled filets with fresh mushrooms with wine, , steamed corn on the cob., and roasted cherry tomatoes from the garden. Lots of garlic! The first bottle was chianti, now on 14 Hand red blend. Smiling

I'm loving this new crisping pan I bought. I used it for lunch today to make great bacon for BLt's. For dinner, I used it to roast the cherry tomatoes. All the water drained from the tomatoes and left behind tasty, garlicky, seasoned tomatoes.

We had dinner on the deck and it was wonderful So rare for us- cool temps and low humidity. A rare treat.
