TYVM! That pot is a pair of comeback kids. I'm so glad that stem of Medora seems so happy there. I lost several individuals from getting too dry this past winter & didn't have much left of that. Then this summer's been a real bummer for thirsty plants put in the ground for summer vacation because of a 5-week stretch with no rain during 95+ temps every day. Plants not growing, barely staying alive with what I could do to help with the hose. And some critter, squirrels I think, apparently loves to munch on holiday cacti & there was a lot of loss/shrinkage on those the past couple summers. This summer I didn't put any in such vulnerable spots, keeping closer to the house & that has stopped the munching (knock wood!)
