Awhile back several mentioned garlic. I couldn't include them in the swap because I won't be getting them until late September.....but I have garlic coming from two different companies. Here are the varieties I have ordered - Ajo Rojo, Texas Rose, Burgundy, Blanco Pacenza, Loroz Italian, & Rose Du Lautrec. I think its growinggourmetgarlic.com that has good descriptions on the variety, growing, etc. This is our first time to try garlic. I joined a group on Facebook & those don't have high opinions on the garlic you get from the grocery store.
