Plus you're in a zone quite unlike mine and I've found that the same ingredients don't always have the same effect in different climates. That sounds a little weird and I have no scientific knowledge to back it up, but I've seen it happen during the years my daughter lived in Florida . What helped here did nothing for the same plant there.
