I think the problem may be that she hasn't posted anything yet.
She (Kat Zalewska) is a hybridiser of beautiful irises and I uploaded some of her photos (she hadn't joined NGA at that point). Then someone sent me an acorn, even though I indicated with each photo that the photos were not mine but by Kat. So I decided to send Kat some acorns (she had joined by this time), the extras to welcome her to NGA and so she could buy her first badge.
So I guess what I'd like to know is how (and indeed if) I can send acorns to someone who has not yet made any posts. I tried to do it by treemail but couldn't see how. (Kat's a little shy because she fears her English isn't good enough, plus her computer is away being repaired).
