Grab the "Watcher Notification" box which I think started out in the large "Available for Use" Box and drag it into any box that's labeled Row 2 and then click at the bottom the "View for finished..." to see where that Watcher box appeared and whether you like it there.
Then go back down to bottom to Customize button to move other boxes around to your preference. You will have to drag and click and re-view your work over and over to get close to what you want but it's worth the patience to "just do it"!
