Handyman Steve, and carpenter Jim came by this morning and started my pergola project...which I might call Lindsey's Catt House.. it will have
polycarbonate panels on the roof and be open on the sides...I can put up velcro or hooks and attach heavy plastic sheeting to make a greenhouse of sorts during the coldest part of the winter..and be sheltered during the monsoons. They cut down a few more major tree limbs that would have been hanging over the new roof..so I will see alot more direct sun on the 2 benches that have had mostly shade ...this should make a big difference in my bloom count!...maybe even cut down on the problems with black rot during wet times.
