Hello, I have a planted plumeria from a clipping that was given to me last spring. I planted it and it has been fine. Growing new leaves and growing taller. I live in Florida and within the last couple of days, it all of a sudden looks droopy and the leaves just hang with no life in them. Is this a dormant time or what do I do???
