Hi Nora,

the cross is Halloween Green X (Emerald Starburst x Rose F Kennedy) and it's a seedling of mine.
It grows in Koeln, Germany and I think it will be introduced in 2018, if budcount and branching are good enough.

correction:
Made a mistake, the cross is (Exotic Emerald x Rose F Kennedy) X Halloween Green , I confused it with another seedling. Sorry!
