I just was adding some pictures and comments for this plant, and noticed how vivid of a red yours is. When I opened it larger it looks more like one of the swiss chards to me, based on the leaf shape and the way the red continues into the leaf veins. I know there are some swiss chard varieties called 'rhubarb', and thought that might be what this one is.
