Well, actually Graptopetalum is a genus in the family Crassulaceae and I think Graptosedum is a cross between Graptopetalum and Sedum. Way different but confusing when things get crossed and plants end up more like one parent line than the other. I think you should look up Graptopetalum and see which of the cultivars might match your plant.
I'm not certain of all as I don't have plant in front of me and can't see characteristics that might be more determining.
