First post. Great site. Read an older post and thought the group would like to see some pictures. I have two flats that have been under a clear lid outside under the shade of a porch. I decided to give one some air and direct sun for short period of time. Good idea or not?
I filled a mason jar with dry crush granite and 10,000 seeds. Gently shook the jar and then spread evenly. I got results but the germination rate is low. Typical? Are they even sedum seedlings?
Would like to start a green roof. Interested in starting much more. Suggestions for better germination rate are welcomed.
