I have had August Frost for several years. I bought it because it blooms late. However, in my garden it has a spot near Green Flutter, which outshines it so much that August Frost pales by comparison. At the end of the daylily bloom season of 2016, I bought another late bloomer, August Flame, plus another August Frost plant and planted all of them together. So perhaps in this setting, August Frost will hold its own. In any case, it should be easier to evaluate August Frost since it will not be overshadowed by Green Flutter.
