For breakfast I made pancakes with Carbquick. It's a low carb baking mix, like Bisquick, but low carb. They were pretty good!

I cut the recipe in half and my husband and I each had 2 pancakes with sugar free syrup, and about a cup of fresh strawberries and blueberries. It was a treat.
