We are already doing that. The problem is that they do not read it or they ignore it, or choose to not do it. This is a fact of life that can't be worked around.

The better solution is probably to make it mandatory that they indicate their location. It's not like we're asking for their street address. Simply their region ("East Texas") would even suffice.
