Interesting you mentioned that GenX. I've been a legal assistant since the last 70s and during tax time I work 55-60+ hrs a week, so I totally understand your Gardening Therapy!!!!! I now have down time where I actually take days off during the summer to work outside and by boss is totally on board with that! Since I'm salaried instead of hourly it all seems to work out in the end and I enjoy the extra time off to play outside in the dirt
