I've been planting things all my adult life but never considered myself a gardener until now. I just wanted things to look pretty where ever I went. Now I have my own home. I am addicted to gardening.

Upstate New York as anywhere has microclimates. I am in the mountains, in a valley, with creeks everywhere. One creek is 10 feet behind my home, which makes it a bit cooler back there but it has southern exposure. My basil loves it there on the deck.

Anyway, I'd love to meet a member to bounce ideas off of, commiserate with, share successes with, learn from.

Its easy for me to believe in miracles when science can't explain why a blade of grass has its shape and that is just one plant and one attribute.
