I'm a hosta grower from way back and for the most part I've added Heucheras amongst the Hostas for extra interest and colour, but I've really not paid them much attention. I'm now at a point of trying to ID some of the ones I have and generally pay them more attention.
I've been perusing listings in the plant database and I've got a couple of questions. I know some hostas vary widely in colour based on their light conditions and the part of the season. I've noticed that my 'Tiramisu' Heuchera varies in colour throughout the season. As I look at pictures from the database, I've seeing a wide variety of colours for the same variety. Do most, or many, change colour during the season? And does light affect the colour much?
