I love Penny's Worth. It has been in my northern garden for over 20 years. It is the first daylily to bloom in my garden, in fact, it is already blooming now. I think that is early, even for this cultivar, but it may be all of the rain we have been getting this spring, encouraging it along.
I have started seedlings from bee pods with Penny's Worth, but they have not bloomed yet. As mentioned, the foliage on the seedlings is very tiny.
It is a pretty little daylily for the front of a border.
