The little rodents, well some not so little, are digging tunnels under our pier-and-beam house and coming in. I found one good sized hole on the baseboard behind our washer. I've got some wire mesh such as is used on the foundation vents and just have to pick up some liquid nails then go around the house and block whatever openings I can find. Problem is I'm pretty sure the little devils are going to keep tunneling and making new entrances into the house. I've found several tunnel entrances and filled them in but of course they just make new ones. I know they're not coming in through the vents because I fixed all those early this spring and there are no openings. Not even sure what kind these are. They're gray with a white underbelly.

Any ideas on how to stop the tunneling would be appreciated. Apparently the feral cats running around the neighborhood aren't doing their job either and I can't get one for inside the house our miniature Schnauzer and other terrier mix can't even stand the sight of a cat before going ballistic.
