@Toni, I simply cut the tomatoes up, smash them down as I go. Then I put the cover one and cook at pressure for 20 minutes. I let it release naturally usually about 25 minutes. Then I use an immersion blender, because I like a thick sauce.

I can it like that, no spices or anything, just the tomatoes. I prefer to flavor it when I'm using it.
