I did the previous post on my iPad........didn't feel like typing any more on that. However, last night there was an "incident"..........you would have had to be there to appreciate the dumbness of it. I went to make my 3rd "switch" of the milkers..........opened the door and let out group 2.........I looked and the stupid little shorthorn bull she has in with the cows had his nose ring caught on a metal "tab" on a gate opener. One of these deals where you lift the tab to unlock the gate. It's about 4 inches long. Good thing the guy that mixes feed was there or I never would have gotten him "off". Jeez...........how hard did he have to try to get himself hooked on that??? He certainly wasn't cooperating with us either.........pulling back as hard as he could...........I was afraid he'd either bust the post or pull the ring out of his nose. Luckily he did neither......just bent that tab. I think the SU straightened back after he came over. Dumb animals............... Sticking tongue out
